You’ll explore:

  • The biology of boundaries: how your nervous system responds to threat, guilt, and overextension

  • Somatic cues for safety, discomfort, and emotional truth

  • Breathwork, EFT, and movement practices to support regulation and clarity

  • Scripts and role-play for saying “no” with compassion and confidence

  • Reparenting and inner child work to heal boundary wounds

  • Rituals for reinforcing self-worth and energetic protection
