This workshop is designed for families who:

  • Want to strengthen emotional connection and trust

  • Are navigating stress, transitions, or trauma recovery

  • Have children who struggle with regulation, anxiety, or sensitivity

  • Are seeking playful, safe ways to bond and co-regulate

  • Thrive in inclusive, non-judgmental spaces with gentle guidance

It’s ideal for parents and children aged 4–11, but can be adapted for mixed-age families.

What you'll explore:

Together, families will gently explore:

  • 🤝 Co-regulation through breath, movement, and touch

  • 🧠 How the nervous system responds to stress—and how to soothe it together

  • 🎨 Creative bonding activities that build trust and joy

  • 💬 Emotionally safe communication and attunement

  • 💛 Rituals and rhythms to carry connection into daily life

All practices are optional, inclusive, and paced with emotional safety in mind.

  • We meet once a month, typically on a Sunday morning (10:30–11:30 AM).

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Format: In-person or online

  • Group Size: Small and intimate (max 6 families)

  • What to Bring: Water bottle, comfort item (optional), open heart
