This workshop is designed for women who:
Struggle with low self-worth or self-esteem
Have a pattern of choosing emotionally unavailable or harmful partners
Feel disconnected from their body, boundaries, or inner voice
Are navigating recovery from trauma, heartbreak, or codependency
Want to begin a gentle, soul-rooted journey of self-love and emotional healing
It’s also ideal for those who’ve completed therapy or coaching and are ready to deepen their embodied healing.
What you'll explore:
Each session blends science and soul to help you gently rewire your relationship with yourself.
Together, we’ll gently explore:
What self-love really means (beyond bubble baths and affirmations)
How trauma and conditioning shape our self-worth
Somatic practices to reconnect with your body and inner safety
Guided journaling and reflection to uncover limiting beliefs
Tools to begin setting boundaries and choosing self-honouring relationships
All practices are optional, inclusive, and paced with emotional safety in mind.
This is not about perfection, it’s about presence, permission, and reclaiming your voice.
