  • Feel disconnected from their body, boundaries, or inner voice

  • Are navigating recovery from trauma, heartbreak, or codependency

  • Want to begin a gentle, soul-rooted journey of self-love and emotional healing

It’s also ideal for those who’ve completed therapy or coaching and are ready to deepen their embodied healing.

Each session blends science and soul to help you gently rewire your relationship with yourself.

Together, we’ll gently explore:

  • What self-love really means (beyond bubble baths and affirmations)

  • How trauma and conditioning shape our self-worth

  • Somatic practices to reconnect with your body and inner safety

  • Guided journaling and reflection to uncover limiting beliefs

  • Tools to begin setting boundaries and choosing self-honouring relationships

All practices are optional, inclusive, and paced with emotional safety in mind.
