  • 💖 What self-love means and how it feels

  • 🌬️ Breathwork and movement to build confidence and calm

  • 🧠 How their brain and body respond to stress or self-doubt

  • 🎨 Creative activities to express and affirm their worth

  • 💛 How to begin setting gentle boundaries and asking for what they need
