EMPOWERING MINDS, HEALING HEARTS, TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES
Teaching girls to love themselves isn’t indulgent—it’s protective. It’s how we break cycles before they begin.
Who it's for:
This workshop is designed for girls aged approximately 9–13 years who:
Struggle with low self-esteem or self-doubt
Find it hard to speak up, set boundaries, or say no
Are sensitive, anxious, or navigating friendship challenges
Would benefit from learning how to care for their body, mind, and emotions
Thrive in gentle, creative, and emotionally safe environments
It’s also ideal for families seeking early intervention tools to support emotional wellbeing and resilience.
What you'll explore:
Girls will gently explore:
💖 What self-love means and how it feels
🌬️ Breathwork and movement to build confidence and calm
🧠 How their brain and body respond to stress or self-doubt
🎨 Creative activities to express and affirm their worth
💛 How to begin setting gentle boundaries and asking for what they need
All activities are optional, inclusive, and designed to honour each child’s pace and personality.
