Each week blends neuroscience, somatic therapy, and holistic practices to help you reconnect with your strength, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Including:

  • How trauma impacts the brain and body, Neuro-healing tools to rewire trauma pathways

  • Releasing shame, guilt, and survival-mode patterns

  • Rebuilding boundaries, self-trust, and inner strength

  • Creating rituals that support lasting healing

  • Somatic practices for grounding, and emotional release

  • Breathwork, EFT, and movement to shift fear and reclaim space

  • Boundaries that honour your strength and protect your energy
